You can choose to pay with Mobile pay and various payment cards: Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and Maestro, in the following currencies: DKK, SEK, NOK, EUR, GBP and USD, and Paypal.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are dispatched from Meng.
Shipping and delivery
The shipping cost for orders sent to Denmark is 49,- DKK.
The shipping cost for orders sent outside Denmark is 99,- DKK.
Free shipping in Denmark on purchases over 500,- DKK. Delivery time is 1-3 working days. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. It may vary which shipping company we send our parcels with.
Returns and cancellation policy
14 days right of cancellation
When you shop at meng.dk you have a 14-day right of cancellation.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the purchase and specify which items you wish to return. After you have informed us that you are cancelling the purchase, you must return the goods to us as soon as possible.
After receipt, you can handle the item as you would in our physical store.
Impairment of value
If we assess that your returned item is in a deteriorated condition that renders it unsaleable or reduces its value, Meng may, depending on the extent of the damage, deduct the loss of value from your refund or refuse to refund the amount for the item.

Please NOTE that the parcel must be returned to the address above and NOT to a parcel shop.
You are responsible for returning your goods/package until we have received it. You should therefore pack the goods securely. You are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel, so please keep receipts and tracking number after you have returned your parcel to us. We expect you to dispatch the parcel after you have notified us of your return. You must return within 14 days after you have cancelled. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Please include your order confirmation in the parcel and clearly mark/tick which of the items you have returned. That way we can identify your order when we receive it in our returns warehouse.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. Depending on the card you used for payment, it may take up to 30 days for the money to reach your account after crediting.
Complaints
Your purchase from Meng is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. You should make a complaint as soon as you discover the defect and within 2 months. It is always possible to make a complaint as long as your goods have not been damaged, misused, etc. You have up to 24 months right of cancellation.

3.1 What is personal data?
Meng & Company a/s asks for your personal and user-related information when you purchase services on our website or sign up for the newsletter, competitions etc. It is primarily information such as name, address, postcode, e-mail, telephone number. When purchasing or registering for a service, mandatory information is clearly marked on the form. The provision of other information in connection with a purchase or registration for a service is voluntary.
3.2 How long do we store personal data?
When you purchase services on meng.dk, we need your personal data as documentation until the service is paid and delivered, any cancellation period has expired and the deadline for payments has expired. After that, the data may be archived. One year after archiving, all personal data is deleted at Meng & Company a/s.
If you sign up for newsletters and competitions etc. or have otherwise consented to us using your data for marketing purposes, your data will be stored for a maximum of one year after the service has been cancelled.
3.3 What do we use personal data for?
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the adverts that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. We also use the information to optimise our services and content.
3.4 How do we protect your personal data?
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store the personal information you provide on computers with restricted access located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our user information is handled securely and with constant consideration for your rights as a user.
However, we cannot guarantee 100 % security for data transmissions over the Internet. This means that there is a risk of others gaining unauthorised access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Please note that you provide your personal data at your own risk.
3.5 Can we change the processing of personal data?
The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do so, we will of course correct the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page.
